Registration fee includes coffee breaks, lunches, two conference dinners (Welcome and Banquet). Credit card payments (via Mastercard or VISA) are available. Wire transfers are available upon request.

The table below displays the price in Australian Dollar and the current price in US Dollar (USD) and Euro (EUR). Registration fee is charged to the fixed AUD. USD and EUR amounts are subject to change with market fluctuation.

Refund Policy
100% refund for accompanying person’s cancellation at anytime 7 days before the conf; for participants 75, 50 & 25% refund for cancellation up to 40, 30 & 20 days before the conf., transfer of fees to the next conf. for cancellations before 26 Dec. 2025; no refund thereafter except that a participant has a proven reason for hospitalized sickness within one week of the conference. There is no one day registration; one day participation is actually discouraged. You are encouraged to attend all conf. days but at least four days.

When you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from events@events.deakin.edu.au.
The email will contain a link for them to download a payment receipt.
